This is photo no. 469 out of at least 800 taken during various sessions. It's a good thing we weren't paying the photographers by the minute. We'd still be working to earn that wad o' cash...The second shot is from a recent trip to the Nashville Zoo, where they have a nice carousel and have been adding a good number of new exhibits in recent years. As you can probably tell from the rosy cheeks, Sophia completely ran out of gas soon after this shot was taken. Let's just say it was a quiet ride home.
The shot of Lower Broad was taken from the second-floor patio of Rippy's at Fifth and Broadway after we had recovered from laughing non-stop for 90 minutes at Jim Gaffigan's show at the nearby Ryman Auditorium.
